• Media storage: Photos, clips, screen captures and voice messages are stored in your own database by default, no API key needed
• Every player sees every file, and Agency Phone and Agency Cloud share them
• Cloudflare R2: Optional storage in your own R2 bucket, free up to 10 GB and faster for servers with a lot of video
• Self test: padmediatest <player id> checks upload, download, pictures and voice messages and prints the result in the console
• Camera: Saving a clip shows its progress in percent

🔧 Improved

• Security: TURN keys and all Discord webhooks moved from config.lua into config_server.lua, players never receive them
• Old media is cleaned up automatically after 30 days or above 10 GB, both adjustable

🗑️ Removed

• Fivemanage and Discord are no longer used as media storage, Fivemanage's upload service stopped working. Discord webhooks stay for logs

• config.lua adds the PadProp, CameraVideo, MoneyGameApps, ProtectedApps and Debug blocks.

• Back up your config values, use the new config.lua and set your values again.
• The pad prop in all eight finishes is included in stream/.
• Replace the resource, run refresh and restart agency-pad.
• Players see the AgencyOS27 update screen once.
